Haryana Mass Rapid Transport Corporation Limited has submitted the detailed project report (DPR) for the Sector 56 – Panchgaon (Manesar) Metro Rail Project to the government of Haryana (GoH).
The project is likely to entail investment of Rs 104.28 billion. Of the total cost, central government is likely to bear 10 per cent of the cost while 20 per cent cost will be borne by the GoH and the remaining funds are likely to be sourced from the funding agencies.
The project involves development of 35 km metro network from Sector 56 in Gurugram to Panchgaon in Manesar with 28 elevated stations in Haryana.
