Mundra Airport commences scheduled operations

Adani Mundra Airport in Gujarat launched its inaugural scheduled flight services connecting Mumbai and Goa on June 23, 2026, in partnership with Star Air. The airport features a 1,900-metre runway capable of accommodating a wide range of passenger and cargo aircraft. The modern terminal offers spacious parking facilities, multiple check-in counters, comfortable passenger lounges and a full-service food court.

As part of this expansion, Star Air has introduced eight new air routes from Mundra, creating an express air corridor that will significantly reduce travel time for trade, commerce, logistics and tourism. In addition to Mumbai and Goa, Star Air will connect Mundra with Hindon, Surat, Belagavi, Bengaluru, Kolhapur, and Nanded.
