Energy In Motion Limited (EIM) has started commercial operations at India’s largest battery swapping and charging hub for heavy electric vehicles (EVs) at the Nhava Sheva free port container terminal inside Jawaharlal Nehru Port. The 3 MW facility can service more than 160 heavy EVs daily, significantly reducing vehicle downtime and supporting zero-emission logistics. Over 130 EIM-Foton electric trucks operating at the port have already begun using the station.
