HG Infra sells road asset SPV to Neo Infra fund for Rs 2.82 billion

HG Infra Engineering Limited has completed the sale of its wholly owned subsidiary HG Raipur Visakhapatnam OD-6 to Neo Infra Income Opportunities Fund for a total of Rs 2.82 billion. The transaction involved the transfer of 100 per cent equity stake, comprising 11,37,750 shares, and the entity ceased to be a subsidiary following the completion of the deal. The transaction was completed on April 23, 2026, with Neo Infra Income Opportunities Fund acquiring the stake. With this sale, the subsidiary will no longer be part of H.G. Infra Engineering Limited, marking a change in the company‘s structure and asset base.
