The initial public offer of Citius TransNet Investment Trust InvIT IPO received bids for 61,43,59,800 units as against the 6,13,88,860 units on offer. The issue was subscribed 10.01 times. The “other investors” category, which includes corporates, individuals (other than retail) and others, was subscribed 11.77 times, while the institutional investors category was subscribed 8.54 times. The issue opened for bidding on April 17, 2026 and it closed on April 21, 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 99-Rs 100 per unit. An investor can bid for a minimum of 150 equity shares, and in multiples thereof. The InvIT IPO comprised fresh units aggregating up to Rs 11.05 billion. The proceeds from the offer will be utilised towards the partial or full acquisition (or, as applicable, redemption) of securities of (a) SRPL and (b) certain identified project special purpose vehicles (SPVs), namely TEL, JSEL, Dhola and Dibang, as well as for general purposes.
