Annual runway maintenance completed for Runway 09/27 and Runway 14/32 at Mumbai Airport

Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport in Mumbai, Maharashtra, has successfully completed its annual runway maintenance for both Runway 09/27 and Runway 14/32 on May 7, 2026. Following a comprehensive six-hour inspection, both runways are now fully operational. The maintenance work included pavement repairs, electrical system checks, rubber deposit removal, repainting of surface markings, and drain cleaning to improve safety and operational efficiency.
