Adani Power Limited has incorporated Rawatbhata-Raj Atomic Energy Limited as a step-down wholly owned subsidiary through Adani Atomic Energy Limited. The new entity will operate in the nuclear energy segment, and oversee the generation, transmission and distribution of power derived from nuclear and atomic energy. The company has an authorised capital of Rs 500,000 divided into 50,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
