Adani Airport Holdings completes the acquisition of SKYIWAVE for Rs 30 million

Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Limited, has completed the acquisition of SKYIWAVE Private Limited after executing a share purchase agreement with the company and its existing shareholders on March 30, 2026. Following the transaction, AAHL has assumed operational control, and SKYIWAVE has become a wholly owned subsidiary of AAHL and a step-down subsidiary of Adani Limited. The acquisition supports AAHL’s strategy to strengthen its out-of-home (OOH) advertising capabilities. SKYIWAVE operates in the OOH advertising segment, including hoardings and innovative media solutions. The total consideration for the acquisition is Rs 30 million.
