Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Limited (SWERL) has secured a turnkey engineering, procurement and construction package (EPC) for a 875 MW AC grid-connected solar photovoltaic project in Bikaner, Rajasthan, floated by Coal India Limited.
The contract is worth about Rs 34.9 billion. Separately, the company has also received an order from a private independent power producer for a 50 MW AC solar project in Maharashtra. With these developments, Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy’s EPC order inflows in 2025-26 and have crossed Rs 100.62 billion.
