Telcos must be allowed to set up network at Navi Mumbai airport, says DoT

DoT has directed the Adani Group-operated Navi Mumbai airport to permit telcos to deploy network infrastructure at the airport in line with the Right-of-Way (RoW) Rules. According to DoT, the airport qualifies as a public entity under the Telecommunications Act and, therefore, telecom operators must be allowed to roll out their networks in accordance with the notified RoW Rules.
