SCR has launched a first-of-its-kind rail parcel app for seamless end-to-end parcel delivery through IR. In the pilot phase, the app has been launched in seven locations, such as, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Guntur, Rajahmundry, Visakhapatnam, Bengaluru and Chennai. The app will facilitate online booking and digital payment; real-time parcel tracking across pickup, rail transit and delivery stages; display of charges, service options and ratings for informed decision-making; and automated push messages at each stage of parcel handling.
