The Delhi government inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for various projects worth Rs 21.58 billion on February 18, 2026. The Nilothi-1 sewage treatment plant (STP) project and the Pappankalan Phase I STP project, with a combined cost of Rs 5.98 billion, were inaugurated, while the foundation stone was laid for new household sewer connections worth Rs 1.58 billion in Begumpur, Wazirabad, Sant Nagar and Ranhola.
