Adani Enterprises subsidiary raises stake in Air Works to 99.98 per cent

Adani Defence Systems and Technologies Limited (ADSTL) completed the acquisition of a 14.2 per cent effective shareholding in Air Works India (Engineering) Private Limited on March 11, 2026. The transaction was carried out in accordance with the terms of the SPA. Prior to the acquisition, ADSTL held an 85.76 per cent stake in Air Works. With the completion of the deal, ADSTL’s shareholding has increased to 99.98 per cent, further strengthening its presence in India’s aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul and aerospace engineering sectors.
