Adani Power Limited has secured a letter of award (LoA) from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) for the long-term supply of 1,600 MW of thermal power under a proposed power supply agreement.
The award follows the company’s selection as the successful bidder in MSEDCL’s. The supply will be contracted for a period of 25 years, with the first year’s quoted tariff at Rs 5.30 per kWh. The supply under the proposed agreement is scheduled to commence from 2030-31.
