Paradip Port sets new cargo record in January 2026

The Paradip Port Authority (PPA) has achieved its highest ever cargo handling in January 2026, handling 14.44 million metric tonnes (mmt), surpassing its previous January record of 14.32 mmt from 2024. This milestone highlights strong operational performance supported by ongoing infrastructure improvements, better processes, and effective coordination across port terminals.
