Aurionpro Solutions Limited has received Letter of Award (LoA) worth Rs 1,500 million from Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) for the implementation of Automated Fare Collection (AFC) systems under the Indore Metro Rail Project and Bhopal Metro Rail Project Phase I in Madhya Pradesh.
The Indore project involves development of a metro rail transit system comprising ring line of length 31.55 km. It is being implemented by Madhya Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Limited (MPMRCL). It was earlier sanctioned at the cost of Rs 75 billion which is likely to be revised soon.
The Bhopal metro project involves development of a metro rail transit system in Madhya Pradesh comprising two corridors of total length of 27.87 km at an estimated cost of Rs 69.4 billion.
