The Maple Infrastructure Trust has completed the acquisition of five toll road highway assets from ACL. The transaction was valued at Rs 8.14 billion. The acquisition comprises 2,100 km of operational toll roads. The assets are located in West Bengal, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh and Odisha. The five special purpose vehicles are Ashoka Highways (Bhandara) Limited, Ashoka Highways (Durg) Limited, Ashoka Belgaum Dharwad Tollway Limited, Ashoka Sambalpur Baragarh Tollway Limited and Ashoka Dhankuni Kharagpur Tollway Limited.
