Indus Infra Trust acquires four road assets from KNR Constructions

Indus Infra Trust has entered into a share purchase agreement (SPA) to acquire four road assets from KNR Constructions Limited for an enterprise value of Rs 34.82 billion. Under the transaction, Indus Infra will acquire a 100 per cent stake in four road special purpose vehicles (SPVs): KNR Palani Infra Private Limited, KNR Guruvayur Infra Private Limited, KNR Ramagiri Infra Private Limited, and KNR Ramanattukara Infra Private Limited. The assets are developed under the hybrid annuity model (HAM) and together span over 157 km across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Andhra Pradesh.
