Shiprocket has filed an updated DRHP with SEBI for an IPO of Rs 23.42 billion. The IPO will comprise a Rs 11 billion fresh issue component. The company aims to launch the IPO in Q1 of FY2026–27. Of the fresh issue component, up to Rs 2.94 billion will be utilised for marketing and Rs 2.11 billion for investment in technology.
