ACL becomes wholly owned subsidiary of ABL

Ashoka Buildcon Limited (ABL) has acquired the stakes held by investors, Macquarie SBI Infrastructure Investments and SBI Macquarie Infrastructure Trust, in Ashoka Concessions Limited (ACL). ABL acquired 0.34 million equity shares held by the investors, while Viva Highways acquired the remaining 32.83 million Class A compulsorily convertible debentures (CCDs) and 84.82 million Class B CCDs for an aggregate consideration of Rs 6.67 billion, constituting a full acquisition of the securities held by the investors in ACL. Consequently, ACL has become a wholly owned subsidiary of ABL with effect from 27 November 2025, and the investors have fully exited ACL.
