Uttar Pradesh has framed the ‘Energy & Renewable Vision 2047’ to position Uttar Pradesh as a national leader in green energy by 2047.
The roadmap outlined the proposals for large-scale solar parks, floating solar projects, hybrid wind-solar systems, bioenergy plants, advanced energy storage, and expansion of electric vehicle charging infrastructure. Key policy priorities discussed included decentralised energy models, microgrids, green hydrogen and emerging fuels like sustainable aviation fuel. AI-driven analysis of over ten million citizen and institutional suggestions is being used to prioritise sectoral interventions.
