Sainthia-Pakur Fourth Rail Line Project involves laying a 81.2 km long fourth rail line from Sainthia to Pakur station in Jharkhand and West Bengal. The Gamharia-Chandil section has been designated as an “Energy Corridor”, highlighting its strategic role in supporting industrial supply chains and power sector logistics in eastern India.
