The Maharashtra cabinet has approved a loan worth Rs 20 billion for the implementation of multiple projects in the Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Municipal Corporation (CSMC), Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority (NMRDA) and Mira-Bhayandar Municipal Corporation (MBMC) areas. The approval will enable CSMC to access a loan of Rs 8.22 billion for a water supply project, NMRDA to secure funds worth Rs 2.69 billion for four sewage treatment projects, and MBMC to receive funds worth Rs 1.16 billion for a water supply project.
