Inox Neo Energies inks deal to acquire 640 MW hybrid portfolio

Inox Neo Energies Limited, the renewable independent power producer arm of Inox Clean Energy Limited, has executed definitive agreements with Evergreen Power Mauritius Private Limited and Evergreen Renewables Private Limited (entities of the Evergreen Group) to acquire a wind-solar hybrid portfolio with a contracted capacity of 640 MW. The projects are being implemented under various SPVs held by the Evergreen Group through its holding companies
