Waaree Power to acquire 76 per cent stake in smart meter firm Racemosa Energy

Waaree Power Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Waaree Energies Limited, has approved the acquisition of a 76 per cent equity stake in Racemosa Energy (India) Private Limited. The investment is subject to the execution of definitive agreements, regulatory approvals, and customary closing conditions. Racemosa, incorporated in 2018, specialises in manufacturing smart meters.
