GAIL (India) Limited has signed a gas sale agreement (GSA) with Tata Steel Limited for supply of natural gas on September 16, 2025.
As per the agreement, GAIL would supply 31,000 standard cubic meters per day (scmd) of natural gas to Tata Steel’s upcoming Combi-Mill plant in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.
GAIL (India) Limited is a natural gas company, operating over 16,000 km pipeline network across the country. It is engaged in gas trading, transmission, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) production and transmission, liquefied natural gas (LNG) regasification, petrochemicals, city gas distribution (CGD), exploration and production.
