Alpha Alternatives set to raise Rs 4 billion via Highway InvIT IPO

Alpha Alternatives plans to establish the road infrastructure investment trust (InvIT) Anantam Highways Trust in order to generate around Rs 4 billion. Seven project special purpose vehicles (SPVs) covering approximately 272 km (1,087 lane km) of highways constructed under the hybrid annuity model (HAM) will initially be housed within the InvIT, which is sponsored by Alpha Alternatives Fund Advisors LLP. These projects span across Tamil Nadu, Bihar, Gujarat, Telangana, Karnataka, and Puducherry. As of June 2025, the enterprise value of the portfolio stands at Rs 50 billion.

The investment manager will be Alpha Alternatives Fund-Infra Advisors Private Limited, while the project manager will be Arsenio Strategies Private Limited.
