Adani Enterprises has signed a share purchase agreement (SPA) to acquire a 100 per cent stake in DP Jain TOT Toll Roads for an enterprise value not exceeding Rs 13.42 billion. The asset has been acquired through Adani Road Transport Limited. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals. DP Jain TOT Toll Roads is a special purpose vehicle (SPV) incorporated for the tolling, operation, maintenance, and transfer of the Palanpur-Radhanpur-Samkhiyali section of NH-27 in Gujarat.
