Adani Defence Systems and Technologies to acquire 100 per cent stake in Indamer Technics

Adani Defence Systems and Technologies Limited (ADSTL) in partnership with Prime Aero Services has signed a definitive agreement for the acquisition of a 100 per cent stake in Indamer Technics Private Limited (ITPL), a private-sector maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) company. The investment is being made through Horizon Aero Solutions Limited, a 50:50 venture between ADSTL and Prime Aero. The ITPL facility is located at the Multi-modal International Cargo Hub and Airport at Nagpur (MIHAN) special economic zone (SEZ), spans across 120,000 square metres and can accommodate 15 aircraft bays across 10 hangars. It also holds approvals from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) among others.
