Delhivery Limited amends SPA to acquire Ecom Express

Delhivery Limited has announced an amendment to its share purchase agreement to acquire Ecom Express Limited. The stake and consideration have been revised under new terms. Delhivery will now acquire a 99.87 per cent stake in Ecom Express, up from 99.4 per cent earlier. Moreover, the revised purchase consideration stands at Rs 13.69 ­billion, down from Rs 14.07 billion.
