Adani Infrastructure completes the acquisition of 34.41 per cent stake in PSP Projects

Adani Infrastructure (Adani Infra) has completed the acquisition of a 34.41 per cent stake in PSP Projects. Post the acquisition, Adani Infra has become the promoter of the company. Adani Infra acquired a 23.09 per cent stake (9.15 million equity shares) from the promoter group and 11.32 per cent (4.48 million equity shares) from the public shareholders through an open offer.
