Dara Engineering and Infrastructure Private Limited received the work order for a contract worth Rs 2,646.06 implementation of Augmentation of Chambal-Bhilwara Water Supply Project Phase-II (Package-IV) in Rajasthan under Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) on July 9, 2025. Bids for the same were invited by the Public Health Engineering Department, Rajasthan in March 2025.
The scope of work involves retrofitting of cluster water supply project package-IV of Chambal Bhilwara Water Supply Project Phase-II of Sahada, Raipur and Suwana tehsils of district Bhilwara including construction of transmission main of length 48.37 km, rising main of length 153.80 km, cluster distribution pipelines of length 299.07 km, 33 reinforced cement concrete (RCC) elevated service reservoirs (ESR), internal village distribution pipelines of length 1,004 km etc., including operation and maintenance (O&M) for 10 years.
The project includes a defect liability period (DLP) of 1 year.
The work is likely to be completed in 20 months.
