HIT rebrands into Vertis Infrastructure Trust

Highways Infrastructure Trust has rebranded itself as Vertis Infrastructure Trust. The change has taken place effective June 18, 2025. The InvIT’s portfolio has grown from six assets to currently, 27 operational assets since its listing in 2022. Over the period, the asset under management (AUM) has recorded a fivefold growth to Rs 250 billion.
