The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved Delhivery’s plan to acquire a 99.44 per cent stake in Ecom Express for around Rs 14 billion. Ecom Express provides logistics solutions to the Indian e-commerce industry. In April 2025, Delhivery signed the share purchase agreement to acquire the company.
