Promethean Energy has raised $2 million in a Pre-Series A funding round led by Transition VC. The round also saw participation from Sangam Venture, Sagana Capital, and Fondation Botnar. The funds will be used to expand the company’s product offerings, scale its operations, and strengthen its presence across India and Southeast Asia. Additionally, the company plans to develop an AI-powered thermal energy optimisation platform and build a national network of sales and service engineers. It also aims to expand into international markets through pilot projects in Bangladesh, Indonesia, and the Middle East.
