National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) has conducted inspections on the 17 km Shatabdi Nagar – Modipuram stretch under the Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) project.
The inspections included assessing the operational readiness of the stretch since the trial runs are likely to be completed soon. Additionally, the Begumpul and Modipuram stations are nearing completion and will be ready for operations soon.
The project involves development of 82.15 km RRTS connecting Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut corridor in Delhi and Uttar Pradesh with an investment of Rs 302.74 billion.
