Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has achieved a breakthrough of a 2.3 km long T-11 tunnel under Package 4 of the Bhanupali-Bilaspur-Beri New Rail Line Project.
The project involves construction of a 63.1 km long new rail line connecting Bhanupali, Bilaspur and Beri in Punjab and Himachal Pradesh at an investment of Rs 67.53 billion. It was approved in April 2008.
