South Eastern Railway (SER) has commissioned 126.5 km out of the total 133.89 km of the Kharagpur-Adityapur Railway Third Line Project.
The project involves development of a third line between Kharagpur and Adityapur in West Bengal and Jharkhand, respectively covering a distance of 133.89 km with an investment of Rs 32.7 billion. It was sanctioned in the Railway Budget 2015-16.
