The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has planned the implementation of the Ghazipur-Chandauli Four Lane Greenfield Expressway Project in Uttar Pradesh. The work of preparing the detailed project report (DPR) has started. Besides, the process of land acquisition is likely to start soon.
The project involves a 41.54 km long expressway connecting Ghazipur to Chandauli in Uttar Pradesh at an estimated cost of Rs 31.04 billion. Of this, around Rs 16.84 billion will be spent on building the road, while the remaining amount will be spent on land acquisition.
