The government of Karnataka has released funds for various airport projects under the state budget 2025-26.
Funds worth Rs 530 million has been released under the Raichur Airport Project. The project involves the development of a greenfield airport at Raichur at an estimated cost of Rs 2.19 billion.
Further, a grant worth Rs 3.19 billion has been released for land acquisition under the Mysuru Airport runway expansion project.
