Quality Power Electrical Equipments Limited, an energy transition equipment and power technologies provider, is set to launch an IPO worth Rs 8.59 billion. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of 5.3 million shares valued at approximately Rs 2.25 billion and an OFS of 14.9 million shares aggregating around Rs 6.34 billion. The issue price band ranges between Rs 401 and Rs 405. The proceeds from the offering will be used for capital expenditure requirements, the acquisition of Mehru Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, funding inorganic growth through acquisitions and other strategic initiatives.
