Cube Highways InvIT has entered into an SPA with the NIIF to acquire two road assets valued at Rs 41.84 billion. The deal signed includes the purchase of a 100 per cent stake in Athaang Jammu Udhampur Highway Private Limited and Quazigund Highway Private Limited. The proposed acquisition will enhance the InvIT’s current asset portfolio and align with its objective of using its financing capacity to purchase high quality assets.
