AG&P Pratham and THINK Gas have announced the merger of brand identities under a single brand, THINK Gas. The merged entity will now operate in 50 districts across 10 states, covering around 10 per cent of the country’s land mass. Additionally, it plans to invest $1 billion over the next eight years. The merger will mark the largest foreign direct investment in the greenfield city gas distribution industry.
