Cube Highways Trust raises Rs 6 billion via NCDs

Cube Highways Trust has raised Rs 6 billion through bond issuance. The issue comprised of 60,000 NCDs at a face value of Rs 0.1 million each, with a duration of 19 years and 1 month on a private placement basis. The proceeds from the raised funds will be utilised to refinance the debt of recently acquired special purpose vehicle.
