Cube Highways Trust, a highways sector infrastructure investment trust (InvIT) has raised Rs 8.6 billion through sustainability-linked bonds (SLB) from the International Finance Corporation (IFC). It marks the first SLB issuance by a roads sector InvIT in India. The proceeds of the funds will be utilised to fund NAM Expressway Limited (NAM). IFC has entered as an anchor investor and will enable mobilisation of additional capital.
