The restoration work of Jawahar Dock entrance channel at Chennai Port has been successfully completed. The vessels with a beam of up to 32.26 meters will be permitted at the Jawahar Dock, February 15, 2025 onwards.
Additionally, there are plans to expand the cruise terminal at Chennai Port to improve access and passenger convenience.
