The National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development (NaBFID) has sanctioned a loan worth Rs 20 billion to Gramercy Techpark Private Limited to develop a 120 MW data centre at Mahape, Mumbai. The data centre company is backed by Blackstone. This will mark the second data centre by Gramercy in Mumbai. The construction is expected to begin mid of 2025.
