Capital Infra Trust, an InvIT, saw an oversubscription of 2.8 times for its IPO. The issue aimed to raise Rs 15.78 billion, comprising a Rs 10.77 billion fresh issue and an offer for sale of Rs 5.01 billion. Further, Rs 7.03 billion was secured from anchor investors a day prior to the IPO launch. In the anchor round, units were allocated to investors, including Quant Mutual Fund, HDFC Mutual Fund, Axis Mutual Fund, Kotak Mutual Fund, Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund, ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, Nuvama Wealth, SBI Life Insurance, HDFC Life Insurance, Max Life Insurance, Pico Capital, and Navi Finserv. The IPO attracted bids for 247 million shares against an offer size of 88.3 million units.
