Bank of India (BOI) has raised Rs 100 billion through the issuance of infrastructure bonds. The issue comprised a base size of Rs 50 billion, with a greenshoe option of an additional Rs 50 billion. The bonds carry a coupon rate of 7.23 per cent. The issue was met with strong demand, receiving bids worth Rs 153.05 billion. Proceeds from the issuance will be utilised for lending to long-term infrastructure and housing projects.
