The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has reportedly ordered for the liquidation of Go First. The move follows requests from the Committee of Creditors (CoC) of the airline.
In May 2023, the airline halted operations and filed a voluntary plea for admission to the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP). The CoC later decided for the liquidation of the airline in September 2024 and filed the application after a lack of aircraft and seeing no viable option for revival.
